Students exchange - Angela

Italians arrived to Kanepi on the 26^th of March. We hosted 2 Italian boys - Andrea Mittaridonna and Giovanni Beltrutti. They both were very friendly and interested in Estonia.

Saturday morning started at 10.00. We took our Italians to Kanepi, and Mairo took them to Estonian Road Museum. When they came back, they had lunch and we started moving to Võru to buy some goods for Koit’s birthday.

18.30 we went to place the party was happening, and helped to make the last preparations for the party. The guests arrived about 19.00 or later. Almost all Italians with their hosts were invited and we had a great time. Estonians and Italians talked and danced together and most of the time we spoke in English.

On Sunday midday we started our journey to Tartu. We visited Science Centre AHHAA, made little tour in the city, had dinner, visited AHHAA 4D adventure cinema and some of us went to climb on the adventure park in Lõunakeskus.

In my opinion this project was very useful to everybody, who took part of it. We had wonderful opportunity to practise our English and meet new people. All Italians were so energetic and because of that we didn’t have to make very big effort to make this time fun and enjoyable for them.
